TSLA will have a reckoning when GM starts pumping out its EVs and also Ford with its E-Mach.
GM already has a pretty good EV production, I'm actually starting to see more and more Bolts around here.
GM just has the marketing genius of a grapefruit sometimes, they should be pushing this electric hard. I think most people don't even know they have an electric car.
True about the marketing. But the Bolt isn't a car for most Americans. In a time where SUVs and trucks are kings, people don't want a sub compact. When the Cadillac and Hummer roll out, that will directly compete with Tesla, same with the E-Mach.
That's a good point. Make an electric SUV that's a reasonable price and has a known quality, and people will beat your door down.
Speaking of marketing, Chrysler's newest is a WTF? moment. It says you don't drive a hybrid because you suck - that's a good way to get someone to buy your product.
