Based on the little bit you posted, this is over-classified nothingburgers. The Jedi contract was for cloud computing services that AWS, Azure, and the NSA got in a spat over years ago. "Leaking" it is about as exciting as leaking that Pizza Hut is negotiating a single-supplier pizza delivery contract with the NSA. Classified? Probably. Should it be? Obviously not. Because it's not leaking the secret squirrel stuff they're doing, it's leaking really boring contract negotiation project requirements that would be equally likely if Waffle House was negotiating for cloud services.

True. One of the PDFs I saw was really boring (posted below), probably made for complete greenhorns who got there via daddy connections. Could even be part of an April Fool's prank.
