I'm pretty sure the original Greek didn't say "regardless of ethnicity". That's what a jew subverting an Aryan nation would say, not Jesus.

This is a spiritual promise, not a physical promise. Anyone can come to God. Jesus make the distinction for the here and now. He even turned away (modern day) Jews and called them a "dogs", simply because they are not of the proper tribe.

Andrew needs some basic education on the distinction between heaven and Earth. His interpretation is a common corruption taught to Christians.
