These are the same things that Cicero castigated jews for circa 63 B.C. That kind of consistency over the course of the centuries is almost as astonishing as the jew's apparently constant surprise at being hated and reviled for them. Expelled from 109 countries for these things (and others) and it just never seems to occur to them to just stop doing them.
