He goes on to claim that she "Stated she would do 'anything' to secure the lease..." and he took that to suggest "Intercourse and sexual favors in lieu of monetary payment."

So he admits she neither forced him ("She made me do it.") or even suggested it. He's admitting he made it up out of thin air.

I'm confused. According to the interpretation of court records by this news station's legal guy woman said she would do anything to get to move into the house, which kike interpreted as an offer of sex. Kike shows up and woman says nope, anything does not mean sex. They have no sex. Kike asks her to sign sex contract for sex she has refused to give and they both say they didn't have. Why did the woman sign it?

None of this makes any sense.
