Problem is if you go to the direct hebrew translation in the Torah the word 'circumcision' isnt actually there. A closer variation would be "to cut away/to move away (from)'.
If you want to challenge this legally then you need to take this to court to argue over the exactly hebrew interpretation. Also if it is actually correct with the oldest known documentation on The Torah.
