I don't see too much censorship on Reddit of criticism of Israel as long as it is limited to Israel's treatment of Palestinians and doesn't go too much deeper than that. I think it boils down to a conflict between different groups of jews over whether Jerusalem should be opened up to other religions. Check out J-street. It's a Jewish group with many democrat connections. They are Zionist but criticize Israels treatment of the Palestinians. These jews are in conflict with the Likud party.
Look at a group connected to the UN called "Lucis Trust". I think this group would want Jerusalem to be open to people from all religions because they intend to establish a global religion which is arguably luciferian. (Interestingly, the Nazis were also culturally influenced by this same religion- Theosophy)
More religious jews are opposed to the UN because the UN rejects the Noahide laws. They want the 70 Nations organization to rule the world instead.
