No. Knowledge is bits of fact that you know. Wisdom is how to use those facts in a meaningful and prudent way learned through life experience. IQ is how to work ON facts. Cleverness is how to use multiple sets of fact together in a manner in which you can achieve something outside the scope of those facts. Similar to IQ, but not as context based.
