Are pitbulls the niggers of the k9 world?

I owned a pit many years ago. While I did enjoy her, I never could fully trust her.

Favorite dog was a Shar pei. She was just as real as it gets. Loyal beyond belief. Protective, but never tried to attack anyone or anything.
