No. It's pretty obviously to do with spam downvoting specific users with intent to just downvote. It's not some weird or confusing thing. But if you go to a user's profile and just downvote them, you're going to get (((tagged))).

I get what you're saying and I don't disagree. That should be the purpose of the algo.
However, I can present 1 example of someone doing what you just described without consequence. I'm not complaining, because I have plenty of fake points to absorb a single retard. And because if I did get mad, I'd just go out back and murder quail until I felt better.
