Because it doesn't belong to them anymore. The company almost went under during the tenor of Walt's son-in-law. His nephew, the son of the brother who co-founded the company, along with his jew lawyer, ousted the son-in-law and put in the Jews. Walt may have known the evil of the J, but his nephew and last active family member in the company, seemed to like them just fine.
