Or “ Wahhhh! Everyone hates us! Why???????”

He is not based. Jewish humour includes self conscious satire.

based jew

No such thing.

Stop it.

It was sarcasm. :)

My sarcasm detection doesn't exist.

Maybe that's why it isn't workin'?

Seems like he is obsessed with people hating each other. Typical.

He's a friggin' fruitcake, dude. He has my head spinning just watching him talk for five minutes. You can tell he has that genetic jewish inbred mental thing. But he was a badass singer/frontman from 1978-1984. I will give him that.

He's a loser who thought WAY too much of himself (WAS the band). Like ALL evil people (in common). He was UNGRATEFUL, like a nigger, figured HE made the sun shine out of his own ass. His bandmates were just addons, NOT actual "talent" (which he insisted consisted of his antics on stage). He was rong. Now he awaits the hell he has earned, unrepentant, and STILL trying to get people to think of him as a genius.

oh he thinks he is hot shit. No doubt. However, he did say that he was as mesmerized by Edward's genius as everyone else. He knew Ed was the motor in the hotrod and Dave was the fuzzy dice hanging in the mirror. The way they all talked, he treated them like shit/lower. He's just so fuckin weird. Van Halen would've made it regardless who their singer was. I truly believe that. A lot of people don't know this but in the very beginning Warner Brothers wanted them to fire Roth and get Sammy Hagar for their first album.

Yeah but weren't those comments made AFTER they booted him? If he revered Eddie, WHY did he treat him like shit while IN the band?

Dave treated everyone lower than him. Its just the way he is. Dave complimented Ed while in the band and after. One time during a live show in '86 Roth was talking to audience members and someone screamed "Eddie Van Halen sucks!" and Roth said "no, he doesn't suck. He's a guitar god".

They were mad at each other for a long time but I don't think it ever turned to hate. Dave soon found out that he wasn't shit without VH and that VH didn't need him. I mean, I like some of the Roth solo stuff with Vai but it just didn't have it like VH did. Just my opinion on that.

Warner Brothers

To be honest they probably wanted someone who was already a star so the band would be an instant hit with people already familiar with hagar.

It was because they thought Roth couldn't sing. Its what they said. Either way, VH changed everything forever.
