Maybe but: 1. From what I've seen some east asian countries that show a high average IQ have a relative low population compared to European countries and North America. If two sides are equal, the ones with less people tested will have a higher chance of showing better average results- 2. East asian countries don't have shitskins who lower the average iq of their country, so the results are more likely to reflect an accurate value.
