Are you trying to claim that the majority of Whites perform male genital mutilation?

To the former: you're a kike.

To the latter: not even remotely close. It "only" for lack of a better word took off in the US for a "few" decades. It never took off in Europe. And it only did regionally in the US, not as a whole.
