I just happened to live in that timezone but it's funny b/c many people on the east coast will say 'eastern standard time' in regard to jews as 'every single time'. It's like when waiters call blacks 'canadian's' b/c they don't tip. You call them something harmless and nice b/c the truth is too much for many.
