Not making my own sausage, but I do a killer homemade marinara with country pork ribs, sausage, and meatballs. Takes a little time to put it all together but totally worth it. Usually make a huge batch and freeze a lot of it.
*I actually have a nice hand crank meatgrinder but still haven't gotten around to using it.
