How did you find that out? You speak Russian?

I do. The logic is like this: zhid is a slur, so its closest equivalent would be kike. Ересь directly means heresy/schism, but also nonsense, hence horseshit. When you put zhid in a verb form, what do you get? Someone exhibiting jewish behavior, which is what? The lowest of low, demonic demeanor. So in its original form it indeed means what the AI said, but as a native speaker the first thing that comes to mind is what I just described if you read between the lines just a little, which is why it's hilarious and probably the intended reading for those who are in the know.
