Establishing our own banks was part of a our president's plans after we liberated ourselves from Yugoslavia in 90s. Unfortunately he suddenly got sick with cancer just when the war ended, was treated by numerous (((foreign specialists))) and then died. Just (((bad luck))) I guess.
