OP beat me to it! Here is what I was going to post...
Short version is a well known C++ standard contributors, Andrew Tomazos, wrote a paper called "The Undefined Behavior Question" in which some dumbfuck thought was a reference to "The Jewish Question". They did ask him to change the name of the paper but no one told him why to change it. From what I can tell, this man lives and breathes C++ all day and night. Probably a tad on the autism scale so I highly doubt he is even jew aware or is even watches enough MSM to be understand he is supposed to be "orange man bad".

On a side note, I am running out the nord vpn subscription and they decided to block tomazos.com. I had to go in and allow it. Another email was sent to those idiots to stop censoring what I want to look at. They've blocked catbox.moe and other sites they seem to find "dangerous" as well.
I’m betting that NordVPN blocks anything that isn’t HTTPS. How would they have even gotten this guy’s obscure personal website on their list?
Speaking of his site, I like his style—or lack thereof. His site is nothing but HTML. No CSS.
