What I dont get is; if they killed kennedy for a possible nuclear plant inspection or whatever i forget. Wouldnt they do more than just frame nixon?

also: there is an actual audio recording of nixon saying this but im too lazy to find it.

I'm old enough to remember he was not talking about Cuba, and that wouldn't make sense anyway. I'm going off of memories from my childhood , Kennedy saying it during a speech on TV. Hell if I know if the old black and white, pre vcr, pre internet recording is available on the internet.
