More likely we find out she had a health condition that was never public. Massie has stated he is not vaxxed, so likely his wife wasn't. That rules out 'suddenly'.

Although I wouldn't put it past Mossad. Maybe we get more information later on.

*well just watched a video from the House floor where they state it was "suddenly".
