I remember back in the '00s, the streets were littered with little bottles of something called chili pepper tincture, which was supposed to be for topical use only, but because it was 90% alcohol, the actual drunkard retards would drink it straight up as it was dirt cheap and you could buy it in bulk at any drugstore. Then they disappeared, probably because they finally stopped selling it to shifty characters, or maybe because they all died out.
