My stance is that weed is unhealthy and people who consume it in moderation are rare. Most people use it in excess and this has negative effects on their mental health.
It also stinks and people who use it don't care if it disturbs others. They smoke it in public places (parks for example) and on balconies or gardens where all their neighbors get the stink inside their homes.
