All jews are de-facto Israeli dual citizens due to right to return (The Law of Return, 1950. Nationality Law, 1952). Israel does not extradite jews (Offenses Committed Abroad Act, 1978). As Hitler predicted, it is their haven for escaping prosecution for their crimes.
