Vid8 was made for Poalrs to share videos here on Poal.

I'm explaining why I use catbox as my all-in-one file sharing site.

Catbox allows me to upload the image or video file once, and then share the hotlinked URL to many message boards & communities.

If poal.co requires file uploads to vid8.poal, then that would double my uploading hassle, just to post on poal. No other community forces that burden on users. Other message boards & communities just allow the catbox hotlinked file URL.

Catbox has never silently deleted my files.

According to their FAQs, they do respect DMCA copyright claims, so maybe that's why they deleted your file.
