1) Catbox allows uploading & hotlinking up to 200 MB of any file type, including mp4 videos.
2) From my experience, Catbox has had a good track record of supporting free speech.
Maybe Catbox doesn't work for you. But it's been great for me, as an all-in-one file hosting site where I can upload controversial videos, images, whatever, and allows hotlinking to the mp4 file itself.

For some "reasons" you seem to be repelled by Vid8 and Pic8 that doesn't track you.

As far as I can tell, vid8.poal.co does not allow hotlinking directly to the mp4 video file.
For example, here's a mp4 file I uploaded to vid8.

There doesn't seem to be an easy way to get the direct hotlink to the .mp4 file.
In fact, vid8 runs a javascript that blocks right-clicking the video (which would allow me find the direct file URL).
This tells me that vid8 really really does not want me hotlinking directly to the mp4 video file.
And even if I use Firefox to shift-override the javascript, and I get the direct file URL link, and try to post the link on another message board, the hotlinking fails.

Vid8 was made for Poalrs to share videos here on Poal.
If your goal is to use it for your own interest, you are mistaken.
