No. Hitler didn't want to accept any jews, but he had no choice but to accept jews who had "more German than jewish" ancestry in order to avoid losing control, since not everyone in Germany was equally jewpilled as him.
There was more than a few situation where German military commanders strongly objected any removal of their subordinates, and this could lead to internal conflict and potential uprising which could not be afforded at the time.
