Saturn is the equivalent to cronos. There is a deeper connection than just that. Saturn is still a planet regardless of mythology and was observable. The jews call it shabbatai and there is reverence for it. Romans consider it a malignant entity while the jews revere it. There is probably interconnection between them tbh, the ancient world wasn't isolated islands of cultures that in spite of what we're led to believe, there was a lot of connection between them and the more you learn the more you see it.
