My understanding is that it's finally widely accepted that the pyramids were built by skilled laborers well-compensated for their work, and not enslaved jews. There's just too much skill and knowledge required to have put them together for slaves to have done it (not to even mention your other points).

I remember reading years back that they found records of wages being paid to people working on pyramids, and also records of letters that were circulating the lands around Egypt calling all skilled builders to come and work on the project, offering generous wages along with accommodation and food covered for them and their families.
