The Jews don't like their names, do they? They're always claiming how proud they are of their heritage, but they drop the hereditary name of their own bloodline as soon as legally possible to get as far away from it as they can. Even those who technically retain their last names in a legal sense, such as Jon Stewart Leibowitz, don't use their names and hope the world forgets about them.
