Why does no one that has this shit happen to them grow a pair of balls and send Google a cease and desist letter?
"By claiming that my client has produced videos depicting animal cruelty you are tarnishing his reputation, slandering his name and causing direct financial harm. You are hereby ordered to cease and desist this activity immediately or my client will be forced to seek legal action to protect his name, reputation and livelihood."
Boom. This should be a slam dunk. Google's actions are indefensible and their lawyer would know it.
