Why is that toilet seat up? What would that ever happen in a women's restroom? Also what is that going diagonal behind one toilet seat and going into the other stall?
Also what is with the eyes in the bottom right? And food is only prohibited in the stall without a trash can? I guess they expect you to eat in the other one. How many people ate in the one without a trash can before they realized letting people eat was a mistake? Do people often take food to eat in Russian restrooms?
Also the crazy thing is that not only would that view work from where he is standing (in a mens restroom) but it would work from each of the seats into the other stall. That would be awkward staring at each other while doing the #2 in side by side stalls. It's already bad enough as it is normally. Imagine the freezing. Then the guy next to you would be able to see that you're not doing anything waiting for him to finish, so you can finish your business. Then he would feel pressured realizing that; knowing you can see him too.
