The people being prosecuted don't even live in Commiefornia, this is full on bullshit and I am going to laugh my ass off when they eventually fail hard to regulate information on the interwebs.
It's not a crime (in America) to provide information, maybe printing a firearm is (in the worst state) but going after the guys providing the information from out of state is full on dictatorship level crap.
The worst part is that they probably don't even think that they can win this in court, they just want to tie the law up for years and prosecute anybody who wants to make their own guns until they finally lose the case while in the meantime they will just write another law which does the same thing and then be tied up in courts for another long time.
Rinse and repeat.
