First of all, the old guy shouldn't have been expected to care for his elderly sick wife.

Second of all, respite care is specifically for caregivers so they can take time off and regroup from the hard work of daily caregiving; been there done that and it is 24/7.

Thirdly, definitely murder. but this is what this is though, aint it. This is removing the elderly, the infirm, the mentally ill, the depressed and/or drug addicted homeless...mostly White.
