Yeah, my wife or I will post some pics or something this year. I think she intends to post a recipe or two as well. We just got another shipment of Flour today (yeah, we are sold on it. We will be buying it from here out).

Excellent, it is contagious in a good way. I bought a large bin for the pantry that holds nothing but the flour, about 50 lbs worth of it. The first order was a small bag to see how it would go and my wife went through that in less than a week. So, I bought 50 lbs of it and waited until it was about half done before buying more and keeping it on standby. My wife has been giving some of the food away trying to convince people to start getting their own flour and making their own food, so now 50 lbs went from looking like it was going to last a few months to running out in 1-2 months. I might be getting close to needing to setup an automatic recurring order. Too bad getting seeds across the border is so difficult, I would love to grow and mill this stuff myself.
