The highest I have measured myself was .46 while sitting on my buddy's back porch and drinking high end rum that he brought back from his trip to Cuba.
This is not a fatal amount of alcohol, I have been WAY more drunk than that; I survived that night with a mild hangover, he managed to break his foot after I went to bed and ended up in the emergency room.
Still didn't kill him though.

Cuban rum can and will knock you completely out. It seems thicker and way more powerful than typical grocery store rum.
