I wonder how they were funding that? Surrogacy is not a cheap process, not sure exactly what it costs (AI suggests $100-$200k for US surrogacy per child). That doesn't take into account the cost of taking care of so many children. They would have been racking up millions per year in costs. Someone is paying for this... follow the money.
If they own the surrogacy business that will be a whole other area to look into, are they farming humans for some purpose? Do they have more collaborators doing similar things?
