Right, so they will be raped THEN murdered too. I read somewhere that these never took off because once a rapist had been "caught" with one that they were basically guaranteed to murder the woman brutally.

Society just can never, ever see the elephant in the room: they always go after everything around the problem. Confiscate the guns, don't go after the perp.
