I just told you. A territory doesn't get a federal vote. They can fuck about on their own and we can deny them money any time we want but we own the land.

That part I overlooked so like Puerto Rico, that is doable but no food stamps like Puerto Rico, instead they need to work and not be on welfare.

This, I think we can agree on that. They imported too many 3rd worlders and those will need to go before any social program of any kind can be funded.
