Oh, so this judge with a law degree is suddenly a biologist then? How interesting that happens when it suits them but not when you put a camera in their face and ask "What is a woman"?

It seems to me that once a judge starts interjecting testimony and opinion the trial should be stopped. Is there not supposed to be some sort of impartiality in the courts?
