How to game the system into a fake I.D. (and to cast an invalid ballot)

Go to the morgue of a news paper from around the year that you were born

Go through the obituaries of still born babies, find one (they don't file death certificates for stillborns)

Go to the county clerk's office and get that certificate

Go to the local DMV and Social Security office (I lost all of my I.D.!) to get those papers

Get a U.S. Passport using the fake documents you have already procured

You are now a fake citizen. You're welcome shitskin, that's 100% what this guy did to get a U.S. Passport.
