All corporations in the jewSA use criminal background checks to screen employees. Are these (((corporations))) not also discriminating by race? Of course not. The rules are different when jew money is involved.

Funny enough, gas station chain in the northeast got sued for exactly this. Feds said they were discriminating against blacks because they used background checks for employment.
