Free shampoo at hotels is racist because black people don’t use regular shampoo. They want hotels to provide cocoa butter or whatever they use to wash their hair instead of shampoo. I wouldn’t be surprised if this racist argument came up when deciding to ban a cheap and easy convenience item that 95% of hotel guest can and do use.

These liberal states are completely broke. They don't have the money to fix any important issues that cost money, like their roads.
