I will never buy property within an HOA, and I never have. Why cede any rights to petty authority?
Summit county is full of very rich people, and the ones up here are generally very liberal, therefore they are quite tyrannical.
Discretion is going out the door, even if it were illegal, or against HOA rules, you let the kids run their damned lemonade stand. They’re kids, it’s harmless, they’re having fun and learning about hard work, so you take your busybody nose and go elsewhere instead of calling the cops on innocent, hardworking CHILDREN.
