According to the online encyclopedia's, Maxine Moore Waters, maiden name Carr, was born **August 15, 1938**. That means she's about to hit eighty years old and was in her early twenties during the 1960's, just in time to engage in the California drug and free sex culture of the time. Given what's been coming out of her mouth I'm inclined to conclude she may very well be in the midst of cognitive decline. Given the pattern I'm seeing across the board, regardless of Republican or Democrat, I think it's safe to say that we've never had more people in government office living with dementia, or some other form of mental illness in government then we've had in our time.
