Two previous units had issues. Both had something wrong with the choke or something messing with the air/fuel mix I'm guessing. Struggled and kept spewing black smoke.

I owned a similar one 6 years or so ago. It had a Honda engine. This has a different engine. I can't remember the name, but it's interesting that this third one just says Ryobi 212cc OHV on the engine.

Wha??? No way. I am kind of a tool snob.

Many of you out there. Hard to base value on the job that needs to be done, ain’t it? You’d like some of my other tools. More up your alley. Overkill but I caught them on sale. Unnecessary if they were regular price.

All I need to do is wash the driveway, walkways, siding, trucks. Home stuff.

Based on my experience with a previous, similar Ryobi, I thought I’d have a similar experience more than capable for the jobs. But I probably should have sprung for the $600 pressure washer, huh?

Yeah, “tool snob” isn’t what I would call you. I have different verbiage. But it’s a waste on a platform of anonymity.

Take care.

I'm not sure if that is an insult or not!!
