Someone in a sane state should force this into court and Demand 'they' Prove that a man CAN become a woman or a woman CAN become a man, because it is medically IMPOSSIBE and They all know it. Then switch to the Fact of Mental Insanity as the cause and the corrupt/sick doctors preforming/selling mutilation as a Lie.
