Futuristic pictures of what the campus will look like included many people playing in a large park, an abundance of greenery and families enjoying outdoor space.

I like your points though.. In a funny way they basically said the ideal society is full of White, physically fit and healthy people and no LGBT/blacks/sand people/etc.
