I didn't flee the big city too early: I left in 2020, it was bad then. I can't imagine living there today. I recently went to New York City and vowed never to go back, it was so bad.
At this point they should just burn their own store to the ground and walk away. Can't keep it open if it doesn't exist.
Well, you do what the criminal government does: lie. Simply put a sign on the door saying open all the time. Don't have anyone working there, don't restock it either. When people complain, simply say the store uses the honor system and your suppliers have not delivered. You're looking into the problem.
If the city is so fucking concerned, they should open a store.
