These days, a college degree is no guarantee of either intelligence or competence, in fact it may well be a contra-indicator, indicating successful indoctrination rather than any sort of education. Given that, however, it is unlikely that Massachusetts cut the requirement of college due to the Marxist indoctrination of graduates, and instead it is in furtherance of the aim of replacing competent White people with incompetent niggers.

This is a strange strategy, as they want to implement a totalitarian government system. To do this with any measure of "success", you require at least reasonably competent and conscientious bureaucrats. Installing incompetent morons will potentially be a blessing of sorts. It will be an authoritarian system, but it will also be idiotic and ridiculous. Think Idiocracy, but worse.

Competency crisis? What competency crisis?

I miss those old dudes with the pen protectors in their shirt pockets and their cases with a slide rule.

Nothing quite like telling multiple generations that taking on massive college loan debt is required to get jobs and then saying "just kidding" after so many are absolutely buried up to their eyeballs in lifelong debt, which was obviously the goal all along. Debt slaves for life.
